Jim Fradette

Jim Fradette is an award-winning Modular Home Sales Professional with over 34 years of experience in the modular housing industry. Throughout his career, Jim has successfully completed over 1200 deliveries of modular homes, earning the loyalty of countless repeat customers and their families.

His deep understanding of customer needs and challenges allows him to consistently exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service. With a passion for building strong, trust-based relationships, Jim prioritizes a personal touch in every interaction. At Dynamic Modular Homes, we are proud to have Jim on our team, as he embodies our commitment to putting customers first during the modular home buying process..

Erin Adams

Erin, as our Office Administrator and Warranty Coordinator, is dedicated to ensuring every customer receives outstanding support throughout their journey with us. With her 12 years of service, she expertly manages warranty work orders and carefully maintains our homeowner database, always prioritizing accuracy and responsiveness. Her unwavering commitment to assisting customers and collaborating closely with the Sales Team, particularly Jim Fradette, truly sets her apart. Marc Gallant

Marc Gallant, our Journeyman Technician, brings hands-on experience and strong troubleshooting skills to every service call. Whether it's a straightforward repair or an issue that's harder to pinpoint, Marc works to identify the problem, find the right solution and get your modular home back to working as it should.
